BLOODIED CONDITION (VITALITY)

When a character dropped below 30%, they suffer the Bloodied effect. To fix the floating part, when you divide the number, follow the rule below:

-If the floating part is 0.5 or higher, round it up ( e.g. 40.5 will turn into 41).

-If the floating part is less than 0.5, round it down (e.g. 40.4 will turn into 40).

you can read the penalty effect in the following table:

ConditionEffect
Bloodied
  • All rolls and your AC suffer a -2 temporary penalty.
  • Roll a DC 12 constitution save before making attack rolls or casting a spell, if the save fails, the effect of attack or spell is halved. (The damage or heal)
  • Concentration spells requires a DC 12 constitution from the caster. On the fail, the spell has no effect on that turn.
Dropping to 0
  • You suffer one level of exhaustion when you are healed and standing again (will not affect the features such as relentless Endurance)

Consider that every time a creature's HP drops to any condition, the effects are applied again. For example if the creature's HP drops to 0 HP for the second time, it will suffer another level of exhaustion so it will have the total of 2.
